EEiB Standard

The Energy Efficiency in Business (EEiB) programme is a standard that recognises good environmental practices and energy efficiency in businesses, flagging them as eco-efficient and environmentally focused.

The EEiB Energy Efficiency Action Plan provides a framework of tasks that need to be implemented and maintained over a four-year period. Every task has an approximate C02 reduction value and also indicates the cost benefit to the company.

Following these guidelines will ensure that your company achieves its ultimate aim of becoming either carbon neutral, or as close to carbon neutral as can be sensibly achieved. The EEiB standard is an endorsement of having achieved that goal.
